Today, it offers a wide range of tools that greatly facilitate the kitchen tasks of professional and amateur cooks alike. This time, the prestigious Spanish brand surprises us with a beautiful set of cutting tools in a single block. This model comes from the Universal series.
The assortment is composed as follows:
- 1 10cm paring knife
- 1 universal knife 15cm
- 1 chef's knife 17,5cm
- 1 pair of 19.5cm kitchen scissors
The knife blade is made of Nitrum® stainless steel, an exclusive Arcos material. It has good cutting power and holds the edge well. You'll soon notice a predominance of straight lines in the design, which is a little more suited to everyday use.
The handles are made of POM (or polyoxymethylene) and are resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures. The handles are sturdy thanks to 3 stainless steel rivets.
A rubberwood storage block is supplied with these tools. It features 4 compartments to protect your utensils, while adding a distinctive design to your kitchen.
