With its triple-layer steel construction, the Arcos Samoa Inox skillet is designed for cooks who love to sear, brown, and deglaze without relying on a nonstick coating.
Its aluminum core efficiently distributes heat between two layers of stainless steel, ensuring even and precise cooking. Free of PFAS and PFOA, this cookware features a simple, sturdy design built to last. A stainless steel skillet that can withstand high temperatures and metal spatulas.
A tri-ply construction for successful cooking
The Arcos Samoa Inox tri-ply skillet features a body composed of three complementary layers: 304 stainless steel, aluminum, and 430 stainless steel. This combination promotes even heat distribution and minimizes cold spots, which is particularly useful for searing meat, sautéing vegetables, or reducing a sauce.
Without a nonstick coating, the stainless steel surface withstands heavy use and the use of metal utensils. It is suitable for high-temperature cooking, provided it is properly preheated and a little fat is added when the recipe calls for it.
Its induction-compatible base also works on electric, gas, and glass-ceramic cooktops. The stainless steel handle and rivets reinforce its professional design.

Best Practices
Preheat the pan over medium heat before adding cooking oil, then add the food once it’s hot enough. Avoid moving meat or fish right away—they’ll release more easily after searing. After use, let the utensil cool before cleaning it. It is dishwasher-safe; however, washing by hand with a soft sponge helps preserve the shine of the stainless steel.
