Special Deglon plancha kit 4 utensils

This Deglon kit contains the utensils you need to use a plancha:

- The 2 plancha scoops: perfect for serving your plates with ease! These scoops measure 14x10cm and feature "cheeks". These flanges allow you to collect larger quantities of food with the cooking juices. So you can serve your plates cleanly. These 2 searing scoops have a "smart" handle. Thicker at the end, the handle is held in place on the edge of the dish and won't slip.

- The fish scoop: practical for turning your fish! It has a 20x22cm perforated blade and an "intelligent" handle, made from overmoulded polypropylene.

- Food press: useful for preventing the corners of your food from rising up, thus ensuring even cooking. This press is made of cast iron and has a wooden handle through which heat does not diffuse.

The 3 scoops in this kit have a perforated handle. Once you've used them, simply hang them up for storage. This utensil kit will make your life easier!
