Description

This box of 5 standard Fischer blades is suitable for professional electric band saws used by butchers and delicatessens.

They are suitable for intensive cutting of fresh meat (with or without bone). They are made from Swedish stainless steel, an alloy renowned for its durability and the long-term quality of its wire. It is therefore highly recommended for the professional environment where it will be put to the toughest tests.

The steel is induction-hardened to give it even greater resistance, particularly to knocks, and to increase its wire retention capacity.

The cutting surface of each blade is set, meaning that each tooth is inclined from left to right, all in alternation. This enlarges the cutting surface and ensures a clean cut.
