With this American-style saw made in France by Fischer, you can cut all types of meat with ease!
Its blade is made of Swedish carbon steel, and features sharpened teeth for perfect cuts. It requires careful maintenance, as carbon is more sensitive to oxidation.
The blade attaches to the support with a tensioning clamp attached to the upright, for ease of use.
The handle is ultra-ergonomic, designed to be comfortable in any position.
