Trust De Buyer s 12-cavity savarin tray to make all kinds of original pastries!

The 12 mini savarins plate is made of sturdy steel that distributes the heat perfectly in the mold. This dimensionally stable material rises to high temperatures during baking, allowing the juices to caramelize, leaving the cakes golden and moist.

The moulds are distributed on the plate in such a way as to optimize the circulation of hot air for even baking. What's more, this plate is non-stick thanks to its PTFE coating. This coating facilitates removal from the mold and protects the steel against oxidation, for a long-lasting pastry tool. Maintenance of your baking sheet is simplified. What's more, PTFE is guaranteed PFOA-free, so you can enjoy your cakes without any health risks.

The baking sheet can be placed in a conventional oven up to +220°C without any risk of deformation. Please note that it is not microwave or dishwasher-safe, and that sharp and metallic objects should be avoided. It should be cleaned by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.

Each mould measures 7cm in diameter, perfect for making mini rum babas, doughnuts or savarins to enjoy with friends or family!
