Renowned master cutler Claude Dozorme offers a collection of regional knives incorporating the formidable liner lock technology. They are distinguished by the regional emblem on the shaft of the knife. Here, it's the Périgourdine that's celebrating!
Mechanically, the knife is equipped with the Liner Lock platinum mechanism for opening and locking. The advantage of this system is that every operation is both easier and safer. The principle is simple: you push the plate with your finger to unfold or fold the knife, and it also acts as a lock when the blade is engaged.
Claude Dorzorme has made the judicious choice to design the blade with X50CrMoV15 stainless steel alloy. As a result, the knife cuts optimally, its edge is long-lasting and the blade is easy to resharpen.
The handle enhances this knife with its boxwood covering, characterized by its fine grain, shine and softness to the touch. Last but not least, a pin is attached to the inside of the handle so you can hang this knife from a trouser pocket, bag or shirt.
