It is resistant to extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +230°C. This means it can be used in the oven, microwave, refrigerator or freezer to preserve your dough and cool your chocolate preparations.
Note that this mat has graduated edges (in cm and inch) and an interior grid. So you can measure and cut your pasta like a pro!
