This baking tray lets you cook savory and sweet dishes in no time thanks to its 3mm diameter micro perforations. Air circulation is rapid and cooking is even thanks to its 1mm thickness. Pasta is crisp!

The griddle can be used both hot and cold, offering you great versatility. In fact, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -70°C to +220°C.

When hot, it's ideal for all pastry bases, whether puff pastry, shortcrust, sweet or shortbread. It's also ideal for baking pizzas, pies, galettes and all kinds of breads and pastries.

You can use it in the oven with a silicone mat or baking sheet for easy unmolding, or place a silicone mold or stainless steel pastry ring on top.

When cold, the baking tray cools shortbread and sweet doughs, and allows logs and entremets to set in the freezer.
