Set of 12 Matfer Exoglass® individual brioche moulds

Baking brioches has never been easier with this set of 12 individual brioche moulds!

Each mold has a diameter of 75mm, a height of 28mm and a total of 10 ribs.

Made from black Exoglass®, these brioche molds are dimensionally stable and extremely durable, even under intensive use. Non-stick even without greasing, these molds prevent your preparations from sticking. Exoglass® is a material that ensures even baking of your brioches, as the heat passes evenly through the mold. What's more, it cools quickly, so you can handle your molds within seconds of removing them from the oven.

These molds are both freezer and oven-proof, as you can expose them to temperatures ranging from -20°C to +250°C. You can also choose to bake on a tray or on a rack.

Its 10 sides decorate your brioches beautifully, giving them a wavy effect just like at your baker's! A guaranteed sensation with your guests!

As for the maintenance of your brioche molds, you can put them in the dishwasher without any risk of oxidation. You benefit from fast, optimal cleaning. If you prefer to wash them by hand, they're just as easy to clean. Be careful, however, to use the soft side of the sponge.
