What makes this WüsthofBread knife unique is its double serration. Unlike a traditional Bread knife, this one has additional micro-serrations inside the large serrations. Thanks to this innovative design, the 1061706323 knife maintains its sharpness longer, requires less pressure when cutting, and enables precise, smooth cuts. This means you can cut bread without crushing the crumb or hard crust, while obtaining a clean cut through soft crusts without the risk of tearing their delicate surface.
The Colour Coral PeachBread knife is forged from a single piece of stainless steel. And thanks to the tang that runs the length of the handle, the knife is even stronger. Its hardness is rated at 58HRC on the Rockwell scale, representing an excellent compromise between edge retention and ease of sharpening.
In contrast, the Wusthof Classic Colour knife features a synthetic handle in an attractive coral hue. Its slightly domed shape offers a remarkably comfortable grip. A Bolster joins the blade to the handle.
To preserve the sharpness of your knife, we advise you not to use it on hard surfaces such as glass, ceramic or metal.
Care: hand-washing recommended.
