This corkscrew is made from thermoplastic resin, chromed zamac and laminated steel. It's sturdy, durable and lightweight. Easy to use, it stands on its own, so you can display it elegantly on your table.
The corkscrew's mechanism is easy to use: place the corkscrew on the neck of the bottle and turn the head of the figure so that the stem inserts into the cork. Then simply turn the head in the opposite direction to remove the cork from the bottle. With the bottom of the corkscrew resting on the bottle, the rod descends vertically into the cork. There's no risk of planting it next to the bottle, which would compromise the cork's exit.
Proof of authenticity, the designer's name is engraved on the underside of the corkscrew.
