Like the other knives in the Delta collection, this one is hand-forged. And it's all done using top-quality steel for an even more exceptional product. After some 40 manual operations, you get this famous knife. Unique in both conception and execution, it has an elegant, refined design.
The blade is also hand-sharpened for a better cutting experience. In fact, the steel in this knife has a hardness of 57-58HRC on the Rockwell scale. It therefore offers an interesting cutting edge and good durability.
The handle is inlaid with raised grenadilla wood for a comfortable grip. This natural species is also used in the manufacture of musical instruments.
With its wood inlays, this knife is not dishwasher-safe; hand-cleaning is recommended.
