How to sharpen?
Hold the Sharpening steel firmly in your right or left hand, and the knife in the other. Then slide the blade over the wick and then under the wick to obtain a sharp edge on both sides. The sharpening angle should generally be between 20° and 30°, as if you were slicing the Sharpening steel.
