Description

This Fischer 220V electric knife sharpener will keep your knives optimally sharp.

The sharpener features two different synthetic stone grits:

The first position will allow you to remove material if the knife is dull, thanks to the coarse-grained sharpening disc.

In the second position, you can sharpen your knives with the fine-grain sharpening disc.

These two operations must be performed on both sides of the knife blade.

Thanks to this system of slots, blade guidance is perfectly assured, enabling non-professional users to sharpen their knives easily and safely.

Lack of progressiveness, even the finest grindstone is too violent for my taste, handle with care
