The second lyre sent also broke on first use, I didn't say anything, but it's a shame to sell such poor quality products, before this one I had one that lasted more than 25 years!!!!

Bad luck?

Good size, easy to use but the wire broke on the first slice of foie gras. I had bought spare wires, the first one is still in place after a hundred slices.
Simple, solid and effective

Very good product, practical to use, cuts slices to the desired thickness without tearing off any pieces. Remember to order a spare cutting wire at the same time.
