The Gobel mini tartelette tray is perfect for making 12 individual-sized tartelettes ( 5.5 cm in diameter) in a single batch! Thanks to these individual portions, vary your flavours: strawberry, raspberry, lemon, chocolate...

The baking tray is made from steel and features a reinforced, two-layer non-stick coating that gives the mold high resistance for long-lasting durability.

You'll be able to remove your tartlets from the mold in the blink of an eye thanks to the plate's non-stick coating: your pastry won't stick, for impeccable results!

The baking sheet can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C. It is guaranteed PFOA-free for healthy baking.

We recommend washing the molds with dishwashing liquid, without using abrasive sponges, and drying them thoroughly.
