Bavarois is a member of the entremets family, and can be flavored with the flavor of your choice, according to your tastes and desires at the time. This mold is also suitable for making Diplomate, another French pastry! But it can also be used for a whole host of other desserts if you want to give your cakes a special shape!
This mold is made from steel and features a reinforced two-layer non-stick coating. Gobel non-stick is renowned for its durability and effectiveness. The double layer ensures better demolding and greater sturdiness.
The maximum temperature withstood is 250°C. And to guarantee healthy baking and risk-free use, the mold contains no PFOA.
