This knife features a 9.7cm blade made of 3Cr12MoV stainless steel in a shiny golden color. This stainless steel is resistant to shock, wear and corrosion. Its droppoint shape enables versatile use, such as opening mail, cutting and piercing food, or carving wood!
There are two ways to deploy the blade:
- the first is the Flipper system . This is a pin that protrudes from the back of the knife when closed. To open the blade, pull on the pin with your finger.
- the second is called thethumb stud, found on both sides of the blade, these 2 buttons allow you to open the blade by simply pulling on it.
During use, there's no risk of the blade closing, thanks to the inner lock. This simple but practical system locks the blade when opening. To release, simply move the catch and close the blade.
The 12cm handle is made of gold-plated stainless steel and is highly resistant to impact. Its atypical design sets it apart from the other knives you're used to seeing in the cutlery world! In fact, it has a notched imprint for your index finger, greatly reducing the risk of your index finger slipping on the blade. What's more, the small hole at the end allows you to insert another lace to hang the knife easily from your wrist.
