Made from olive wood with aunique grain.This robust wood is synonymous with authenticity. The wood has been pre-oiled to protect it from wear and cracking.

The spoon is perforated to avoid breaking the rice grains. The flat shape at the end enables the bottom of the pan to be scraped cleanly to lift the rice grains for better mixing.
