The blades are made of 3Cr13 stainless steel. This steel is particularly resistant to corrosion and impact. Its special alloy makes it easy to sharpen, while retaining a good edge for many cuts.
The handle of each of these knives is made of oak wood. This noble wood offers a number of advantages that are highly appreciated for use in the kitchen: it doesn't move over time, and is resistant to shock and humidity. Each handle is completed by 3 rivets, which hold the wood together with the steel of the full tang blade.
The case is made of sturdy, durable black canvas. It has 10 slots for knives in small elastic nets. Each blade is protected by a flap. The flap also features additional storage compartments, including a mesh pocket for accessories.
