These 6 molds feature a cone that allows you to easily make perfectly shaped bagels, without them spreading out and losing their central hole during baking. The tip at the top of the cone lets you handle the molds without burning yourself.

Each mold is microperforated under the baking surface. These perforations have two functions. Firstly, they allow air to circulate during baking for crisp bagels. Secondly, during poaching, the cooking water drains off easily.

The molds are made from top-quality Platinum silicone. In fact, this silicone is obtained from the silicon naturally contained in quartz, rock or sand. This makes it odorless and safe for your health, as it contains no plastic.

Silicone is also flexible, so you can easily handle the molds and unmold your bagels. Resistant from -60°C to +220°C, silicone lets you use the molds to poach bread in water, finish baking in the oven, reheat in the microwave and clean the molds in the dishwasher.
