Non-stick steel plate for 12 De Buyermadeleines

Create endless delicious madeleines with the De Buyer steel plate!

This plate allows you to make 12 beautiful madeleines measuring 7 x 4.2 x 1.4 cm, enough to delight young and old alike! It's made from PTFE-coated steel. Steel is a sturdy, dimensionally stable material that diffuses heat perfectly into the mold, ensuring even baking of your madeleines. During the baking process, the steel reaches high temperatures that caramelize the juices, resulting in soft, golden pastries.

PTFE is a non-stick coating that makes it easy to remove your madeleines from the mold. It is guaranteed PFOA-free for safe eating. Before pouring your madeleine dough into the mold, we strongly recommend that you grease the baking tray to avoid any unpleasant surprises when unmolding.

Your mold can be placed in a conventional oven up to +220°C without any problem. Please note, however, that it is not microwave-safe. Maintenance of your mold is easy if you follow these few precautions: do not use sharp or metallic objects in the mold, and wash it only by hand with a soft sponge to avoid damaging the coating.
