Description
The Taidea manual knifesharpener allows you to maintain your European and Japanese knives, thanks to its adjustable slots.
In fact, the device features a small side knob to adjust the angle from 15° to 25°, so you can adapt to your different knives, depending on the shape of their edge. Importantly, it is also suitable for serrated knives.
Thesharpener has 2 slots: one in tungsten carbide to catch up with dull blades, the other in ceramic, to polish blades and ensure a sharp edge. Combined, they enable you to care for your knives.
If your blade isn't too dull, you can simply use the ceramic slot for more regular maintenance.
Thesharpener is easy to use, thanks to its small integrated handle. It is therefore suitable for all users.
