This Yaxell Japanese knife sharpener will give your damaged knives a new lease on life!
In fact, its system of knurling wheels ensures ideal care for your blades, all the while being gentle.
In fact, the composite wheels have a 400 grit, a fairly thick grit that enables you to sharpen a Japanese blade in depth. A few back-and-forth strokes on both sides is all it takes to give your knives a new lease of life.
