This high-quality 13.6cm blade is made in the USA using the photochemical process, a Microplane specialty. Thanks to this innovative technology, Microplane blades are ultra-sharp, making it possible to grate all kinds of food with precision for a quality result: natural flavors are released effortlessly!

Stainless steel from the base to the blade considerably extends the life of the object. The PVD coating adds extra strength and scratch resistance.

The foot is rubberized for optimum stability, adapting to all types of kitchen. The coarse grater is made for grating hard cheeses, carrots, coconut or ginger: it's perfect for your best dishes, whether hot or cold. With it, you'll be able to create tasty garnishes for a wide range of dishes.
