Description

All Microplane cutting utensils are renowned in the kitchen, and are much appreciated by both professionals and private individuals who use the various graters and zesters on a daily basis.

This cutting accessory fits all Microplane Gourmet collection graters (except the extra coarse grater, which has a larger cutting surface).

Simply clip it onto the stainless steel blade of the Gourmet grater and insert your food (such as a carrot or zucchini) into the space provided. You can then grate the food all the way through without cutting your fingers!

Made of polymer, it's easy to clean and store.

So don't hesitate to equip yourself with Microplane graters and zesters, and achieve precision work while protecting your fingers!
