De BuyerSilicon mold for 4 or 6 muffins

With the De BuyerElastomoule for muffins, your cakes are always a success!

The Elastomoule range is designed and manufactured in France by De Buyerto meet the needs and requirements of both professional and amateur pastry chefs.

This mold is made from high-quality silicone foam containing metal powder, enabling good conduction of heat and cold within the mold and enabling it to withstand temperatures between -70°C and +300°C. You can use it both hot and cold, in a conventional oven, bain-marie or in the freezer.

During baking, the metal powder also ensures even cooking of your cakes; the juices caramelize to give them a beautiful golden appearance all over and an incomparable taste. For best results, place your cake tin on a wire rack or perforated baking tray.

The inside of the moulds is smooth and naturally non-stick, so you can easily unmould your preparations. However, be sure to grease your mold before use to reinforce its non-stick properties. Do not heat your mold when empty, and do not use sharp objects in it.

The mold is available in 2 sizes:

- 4 muffins: plate size: 21 x 17.6 cm; muffin size: 7.4 x 3 cm; weight: 110g

- 6 muffins: plate size: 30 x 17.6 cm; muffin size: 7.4 x 3 cm; weight: 160g

Your mold is dishwasher-safe, although it's best to wash it by hand. A recipe sheet prepared by 7 MOF and/or world champions is included to help you.
