The Ooni thermometer is ideal for perfect pizza preparation. Thanks to its infrared laser, it lets you remotely measure the temperature of the cordierite stone included in your pizza oven. Perfect for precise cooking without burning yourself!

This infrared laser thermometer is designed to measure the temperature before and during pizza baking. With a measuring range from -30°C to +550°C (or -22°F to 999°F), it measures the extreme temperatures of your pizza stone, but not only that.

Thanks to its adjustable emissivity, you can also accurately measure the temperature of other materials, such as cast iron and steel. It's ideal for monitoring the cooking of a casserole or soup in your pot. Note that on delivery, the thermometer is automatically set for use with the cordierite stones used in Ooni pizza ovens.

Ingenious, intuitive design

Your infrared thermometer features a scan mode that lets you quickly and easily take the temperature of your pizza stone. With a simple scan, you can obtain the maximum and minimum temperatures of a cooking zone!

Temperature readings are displayed on a backlit LCD screen, so they're easy to read even in poor lighting conditions. What's more, thecolor-coded display makes reading intuitive: you know exactly when to put your pizza in the oven.

The housing of this kitchen thermometer has been designed in thermoplastic, a smooth, durable material. It features an ergonomic handle and padded trigger to ensure comfortable use. It also features a removable aluminum loop for convenient storage when not in use.

The thermometer comes with 2 AAA Duracell® batteries, so it's ready to use and provides 5 hours of continuous use. Please note that the thermometer is not intended for medical use.
