With this versatile ring, savory and sweet tarts and quiches will hold no secrets for you! It's perfect for both professional and amateur use, in the kitchen and in the patisserie. Its top and bottom edges are rounded for easy handling.

The ring is made of top-quality stainless steel, which is sturdy, corrosion-resistant and long-lasting. The stainless steel is of spring-loaded quality: this means it is flexible enough to be removed from the top of the tart without hindrance.

Micro-perforations all around the ring allow better heat diffusion into the pastry for crisp, golden-brown results. The inner surface of the frame is smooth for a flawless result.
