Description
This blowing pump is ideal for creating pretty sugar spheres: surprise your guests with professional know-how made easy!
The pump's mouthpiece is made of copper, a material that is particularly hygienic, stainless and therefore durable.
Both the pipe and the pump are made of orange rubber. The latter is particularly elastic and malleable, so that the sugar takes on the shape you want and doesn't stick to the walls of the tube.
This utensil features a bulb with non-return valve to prevent sugar from being sucked out: particularly practical and safe.
For best results, cut a cube of caramel. Make a hollow in the middle with your finger and place it on the tip of your pump. Blow progressively onto the nozzle. The result is a perfectly uniform sphere. All that's left to do is separate it from your pump and you're done!
