The mill features Peugeot's patented stainless steel mechanism , specially designed for grinding dry salt. Efficient and robust, this device comes with an unlimited warranty. The mill itself is guaranteed for 5 years. In addition, the classic adjustment knob on the mill head lets youadjust the salt grind. This screw gives you the freedom to choose between a fine or coarser texture, depending on your preferences. As you tighten the screw, the grind becomes finer and finer, and vice versa.

This mill is designed exclusively for grinding dry salt crystals (rock salt) up to 4mm in size. It is not suitable for wet sea salt, even dried.

To fill the Bistro Peugeot pepper mill, simply unscrew the adjustment knob completely, remove the upper part and proceed with filling.

Maintenance of the mill is crucial to maintaining its quality. We therefore recommend using a soft, dry, chemical-free cloth. Do not immerse in water to preserve the mechanism and the wood. Do not put in the dishwasher!
