Description
This Matfer spatula, entirely made in France, is an indispensable utensil for professional cooks and pastry chefs.
Its flexible 12cm (22mm wide ) blade is made of stainless steel. This alloy is highly resistant to corrosion and shock, and is easy to maintain. The Matfer logo is embossed on its surface.
The handle is made from overmoulded black PP (polypropylene). The overmolding adds strength to the spatula, as the steel is doubly set by the polymer, preventing the blade from coming unhinged.
