Description

The Matfer hamburger shovel is designed for intensive professional use. It features a 15x10cm paddle made of stainless steel, a corrosion- and weather-resistant alloy.

Its surface is both thick and rigid, for even greater sturdiness. These features make it ideal for turning steaks during cooking on snacking trays. Its bevelled edges make it easy to loosen the meat as it cooks. You can also use its solid steel to split steaks if required during cooking. Last but not least, its wide paddle allows you to move cooked meat directly to the plate.

The handle is made of black polypropylene. It is durable and easy to clean. Its non-slip surface ensures a secure grip. It has a hole at the end, so you can hang the scoop from aUtensils bar and keep it close at hand.
