MATFER Elvéo professional spatula for pots Exoglass® handle

Made in France, this professional Matfer pot spatulahas all the qualities needed for use in restaurants, catering establishments, hotel schools and other food service environments.

First of all, it's highly resistant to high temperatures (the clear surface can withstand up to 260°C). So you can use it on hot food.

Flexible and easy to handle, its narrow paddle has been specially designed to empty and scrape the inside of jars (jam, mustard, sauce...) thanks to its original shape. Food will come off more easily, and you'll avoid wastage.

Made from Exoglass®, the handle is also heat-resistant up to 200°C. Thanks to this composite material, the handle is dimensionally stable and easy to maintain.

You can clean the jar spatula in the dishwasher to save time, and even sterilize it to ensure extra hygiene.

Last but not least, the spatula has a large hanging hole, so you can hang it above your worktop when you're done using it.
