This Matfer maryse spatula is the kitchen utensil you need to get the job done! Practical and ergonomic, it will appeal to all pastry chefs who want to equip themselves at a low price!

It can withstand high temperatures of up to 70°. So it's not afraid of contact with hot food during cooking.

This flexible spatula is multi-purpose: it has a thermoplastic elastomer tip, so you can scrape the bottom of containers. It can also be used for mixing ingredients, or for gently folding egg whites into preparations.

The handle is made of Exoglass®, a completely rot-proof composite material. As a result, the handle is sturdy and retains its original appearance even when exposed to heat. Extremely resistant, this utensil is dishwasher-safe and can even be sterilized to reduce the number of bacteria on its surface!

Last but not least, you can hang it above your worktop to save space in your kitchen!
