The Bérard honey spoon is the ideal utensil for serving honey at your table. The beautiful grit olive wood gleams and adds a resolutely rustic touch to the table. This small 15 cm utensil lets you measure honey or maple syrup precisely onto your gourmet pastries, tea or coffee. Olive wood is very dense, 20% denser than beech. As a result, your utensil won't absorb food odors.

The end of the spoon has a ridged ball called a "shelf". This is the part to dip into your honeypot. Simply plunge the shelves vertically into the jar, take out the spoon and let the excess honey drip out over the jar. Zero wasted quantity and it will contain the desired dose of honey.

The Bérard honey spoon is easy to clean and takes up very little space. Simply rinse and dry. However, to preserve the quality of the wood, we do not recommend putting it in the dishwasher. To preserve its original luster, we recommend regular application of wax or vegetable oil (olive, sunflower, etc.).
