Wood Cleaning and Care
Before first use, wash the board with hot soapy water, rinse it, and then dry it with a clean dish towel. After each use, wash it by hand and dry it immediately. Avoid soaking and dishwashers. If the wood looks dull, treat it with a thin layer of linseed oil or grapeseed oil, then wipe off the excess once it has been absorbed. Do not use cooking oil or furniture oil.
