The Tramontina Grano wok combines the performance of TecnoHeat technology with a sleek design that fits right in, whether in the kitchen or on the table. Its triple-layer construction distributes heat evenly for fast, consistent cooking—without needing to turn the heat all the way up. The result is tender vegetables, flavorful ingredients, and a cookware piece ready to tackle a variety of recipes—from quick stir-fries to slow-cooked dishes!
Even heat distribution, without overheating
With a 28-cm diameter and a 3.4-liter capacity, this stainless steel wok can hold vegetables, noodles, and pieces of meat to create hearty meals. Its construction combines two layers of stainless steel with an aluminum core: the aluminum distributes heat throughout the sides, while the stainless steel forms the cooking surfaces. This design helps ensure even and faster cooking, while reducing energy consumption.
Made entirely of stainless steel, this wok leaves no residue in your food. Its smooth, rimless interior makes cleaning easy, with fewer nooks and crannies where food particles can get trapped. The sleek design also allows you to move from the stove to the table with elegance: the meal is served directly in the wok, without needing to transfer it to another dish.
Versatile, it can be used on induction, gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stoves, as well as in the oven to finish cooking. It’s also dishwasher-safe. To get the most out of its heat distribution, low to medium heat is sufficient—no need to turn your kitchen into a furnace! The recommended maximum cooking capacity is three-quarters of the total volume.

Cooking and Care Tips
Use low or medium heat and never leave the wok empty on a heat source. On a gas stove, the flame should not extend beyond the bottom of the wok; on an electric cooktop, choose a heating element with a diameter equal to or smaller than that of the wok. Dissolve salt in boiling water or add it while stirring the ingredients. Handle the wok’s handle with an oven mitt or pot holders to avoid burns. After washing, rinse with lukewarm water if possible and dry immediately.
