Made from 18/10 stainless steel, the kettle is extremely sturdy and corrosion-resistant. It features a 430 stainless-steel base, making it suitable for all burners, including induction. Its wide base enables it to heat up quickly. The 18/10 stainless steel also makes the kettle lightweight, an interesting feature for a utensil with a large 200cl capacity.
The kettle's handle, lid knob and whistle are all made from polyamide, a synthetic material that adds to the kettle's lightness. Note that the bird is a removable part that must be carefully removed before pouring hot water.
Using the kettle is simple: just place it on a heat source and heat it up, taking care to position the kettle on a fire with a diameter equal to or less than its diameter. The water boils as soon as you hear the bird sing. All you have to do is serve!
