Description

The Emile Henry 2.2l ceramic sandwich loaf tin lets you make a wide range of breads: sandwich loaves, Swedish dark bread, pumpernickel, brioche...

Emile Henry offers you this bread mold in refractory ceramic. This material is ideal for baking homemade bread in a traditional oven. Its unglazed lid helps to recreate an ideal humidity level for thorough baking and a fine, crisp crust.

Available in three colors: grand cru, linen and charcoal.

Its deep base is ideal for loose bread dough. It's the ideal bread mould for a soft loaf with a crisp crust. You can also make brioche, candied fruit, Swedish black bread or German pumpernickel. These breads are perfect to enjoy with honey or jam, or as savoury sandwiches with salmon, fromage frais or avocado.

The loaf tin is perforated for thorough baking, even with moist dough. It also features grooves on the bottom to prevent the bread from sticking.

Finally, the lid and base are fitted with two handles for easy transport, even when hot!

This country-style loaf tin is dishwasher-safe for quick, 100% hygienic cleaning. You can also use it in the microwave or freezer. It can withstand temperatures up to 270°C.
