Matfer® Exoglass® sandwich loaf and brioche mould

This loaf and brioche tin is ideal for large-scale creations at home!

It's made from Exoglass® for rigidity, non-stick properties and corrosion resistance. Exoglass® distributes the heat from your oven evenly throughout the mold, giving you beautiful, even coloring on your brioches! Its low heat inertia and small handles mean you can handle your mold within seconds of taking it out of the oven, without the risk of burning yourself.

Another advantage of Exoglass® is that you don't need to grease your mold before use. In fact, its non-stick properties remain longer after use than other non-stick molds. However, to add extra flavor and golden color to your dough, you can add a touch of butter or oil beforehand.

This mold is suitable for oven baking on racks or trays. In fact, it has been designed for intensive use while preserving its qualities. Exoglass® withstands temperatures from -20°C to +250°C! So you can keep your breads and brioches in the freezer or refrigerator!

As for cleaning your mold, you can run it through the dishwasher to save time and ensure optimal washability!

This mold has been designed in 4 different sizes to meet your gourmet expectations:

- 18 x 8.5 x 7.5 cm with an inside width of 7.5 cm (capacity: 300g)

- 25 x 9 x 7.5 cm with an inside width of 8 cm (capacity: 500g)

- 27 x 10 x 9 cm with inside width of mold 9 cm (capacity: 800g)
