The Wüsthofparing knife is perfect for knife collectors!
The Wüsthof Crafter paring knife has an efficient blade.
The blade measures 9cm and is forged from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel: an alloy of chromium and nickel that is highly resistant to shock and corrosion. A forged blade is fashioned from a single piece of steel heated to high temperature and then given its final shape with a press. This technique requires a great deal of skill on the part of blacksmiths to give your knife the right balance thanks to the marked bolster.
Wüsthof Crafter knives have undergone laser control during sharpening to ensure that they are operational from their very first use! On the Rockwell scale, the hardness of your knife is 58HRC: a high-performance blade whose edge is easy to maintain.
Your 1010830409 knife is versatile: you can use it to cut, decorate and clean fruit and vegetables!
The ergonomic handle of the Wüsthof Crafter paring knife
The handle is made of high-quality smoked oak, which is durable and moisture-resistant: with proper care, your knife will last for many years! The handle is ergonomically designed for optimum maneuverability and a comfortable grip, especially for prolonged use.
Featuring 3 traditional brass rivets, this knife is reliable because they hold the blade in place in the handle. What's more, its wide guard is marked to protect your fingers from injury: your safety is assured!
For best care, we recommend hand-washing with a mild detergent and wiping dry to keep it in a dry place. From time to time, you can oil it with a suitable oil to restore its shine.
