Burger press

How do I use a minced steak press?

Available in a range of shapes and sizes, the chop press is an essential tool for producing beautiful, even chopped steaks. Whether oval, round, rectangular or square, all your steaks will be perfectly finished, and cooked to perfection. Whether at home or at work, your steaks will all be the same shape, weight and size, thanks to your hamburger press.

Using a steak press couldn't be simpler. All you have to do is insert ground meat into the press, taking care to place a sheet of steak paper beforehand. Then lower the handle to flatten the steak. All that's left to do is remove it from the machine. You can make classic minced steaks from beef, veal, lamb or poultry. Vary the pleasures with more elaborate kefta recipes, adding onions, herbs and spices, or a gourmet minced steak topped with melted cheese. Why not try your hand at preparing a steak tartare just like in a brasserie? You'll also find all our butchering utensils and accessories on KnifeLeader.eu!
