Wusthof Gourmet knives

The Wusthof Gourmet knife is a German-made, full tang knife (blade passing through the handle, for knives from 12 cm) with laser sharpening for enhanced cutting performance.

Each Wusthof Gourmet knife uses solid stainless steel specially designed by Wusthof, which is composed of Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium.
