Set of 3 Arcos Universal kitchen knives 3 rivets handles

Here is the composition of the set:

- 1 10cm paring knife (cuts small fruits and vegetables with precision, can also be used to peel and decorate)

- 1 chef's knife 15cm (can chisel, slice or mince, a good choice that quickly pays for itself)

- 1 19cm carving knife (good for slicing or chopping meat and fish)

These functional knives from the Arcos Universal range enable you to tackle many types of food, so you'll be at ease with all your cuts! This set is ideal for both professional and domestic use.

The stainless steel used in the design of the blades is NITRUM®steel, concentrated in nitrogen (special Arcos composition). With a hardness of 57 HRC, it offers a long-lasting sharp edge, while remaining easy to sharpen. What's more, this steel is also highly resistant to bacterial attack.

The functional handles feature 2 black polyoxymethylene (POM, a material widely used in the kitchen) inserts, held to the full tang blade by 3 rivets. The handle benefits from a new, specific antibacterial treatment called Bactiproof Silver, making it 99.99% effective against the proliferation of bacteria. This treatment consists of a silver-based product which is mixed with the handle's plastic before injection.

As a result, the effectiveness of the treatment remains constant throughout the life of the knives, and no specific maintenance is required. What's more, they meet current NSF standards, ensuring safe use in the kitchen.
