With a thickness of just 2mm, the blade is equally perfect for filleting meat. You'll notice right away that the blade features a flamboyant fluorescent orange color due to the Cerakote coating. In contrast, the handle is made of carbon fiber. This consists of several layers of carbon fiber filaments, tightly woven together and then embedded in resin. The result is a material that is extremely robust yet very light. The gray handle plates create an aesthetic contrast with the fluorescent orange blade. The grip is firm and comfortable. The two rivets provide extra support for your fingers, ensuring precise and secure handling. The rivet at the base is roomy enough to attach a lanyard or hang the knife from a meat hook.
