Boos Blocks ProChef maple wood cutting board with gutter 61x46x2.5cm

Boos Blocks are top-quality boards. They'll provide years of efficient work for professionals and cooking enthusiasts alike!

The Boos Blocks brand is certified by the FSC(Forest Stewardship Council), an environmental label ensuring that wood production complies with sustainable forest management rules.

Thanks to over 125 years' experience, Boos Block has developed a unique know-how, ensuring products of impeccable quality.

Made in the USA from solid maple wood, it will preserve the sharpness of your knives. Its thickness and large size will also be much appreciated for cutting large pieces of meat in particular: you won't be afraid of breaking it in half! What's more, the gutter along its entire surface allows you to collect the juices from your dishes.

Its double-sided design allows you to cut one type of food on one side and the other on the other, to avoid cross-contamination. In addition, the 2 handles integrated directly into the wood allow you to grip it with ease.

NSF-compliant, you can also use it in commercial kitchens.

Last but not least, we can't overlook its attractive aesthetic appeal. The warmth of the wood and its perfect finish will undoubtedly add cachet to your board.

Be careful, however, not to wash this board in the dishwasher. It should be washed by hand and wiped with a soft cloth.
