This mitt is a concentrate of professional technologies. It protects the hand holding the oyster from any cuts or knocks the shell may cause. The flask is also suitable for opening all types of shellfish.

It is made of stainless steel, a very robust alloy that resists corrosion and ensures perfect food hygiene. This muffle complies with NF EN 1082-1 and ISO 13999-1 standards for use in both domestic and professional kitchens. Suitable for all fish and meat cutting tasks, it's a real all-rounder!

This mitt is made of chain mail, with a very tight mesh for extra safety when opening shellfish. You can also use the flask with this oyster knife!
