This sponge cake crate is ideal for creating original recipes. You can create sweet or savoury recipes such as chocolate sponge cakes or large pizzas , for example!
Made from tin-coated tinplate, this box ensures even baking by diffusing the oven's heat evenly. What's more, it's extremely resistant to shock and corrosion.
This straight-edged sponge mould is ideal for creating geometrically shaped sponge cakes for entremets, logs and other desserts. You can then cut shapes or portions from your preparation as you wish. Be sure to butter your mold beforehand for easy unmolding.
The edges of the mold are wider than the rest, so you'll have a good grip when you remove it from the oven. You'll have a very good grip!
To clean your accessory, we recommend washing it in warm, soapy water with the soft side of a sponge. This will protect your mold from scratches!
